Sakis Decossard

Project Manager

Sakis is responsible for structuring, negotiating and securing strategic business relationships.

Prior to OwnEnergy, Sakis was an Edison design engineer with GE Energy in its gas and steam turbines divisions. While at GE, Sakis led the steam-path aerodynamics design of the High Efficiency Advanced Technology steam turbine, amongst other initiatives. Sakis also worked at Rohm and Haas, a chemical company, where he led the due diligence effort on acquisitions.

Sakis holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Sakis enjoys working with non-profit organizations such as MBA without Borders, and Habitat for Humanity. He is also an avid
soccer player.
